Hello, I’m Simon
I work with everyone from complete beginners to active individuals, helping them build confidence, energy, and strength through friendly, personalised coaching.
Having lived in several countries as an expat, I understand the challenge of balancing work, family, and personal wellbeing while building a life abroad. That experience shapes my approach: practical, supportive, and focused on creating realistic, lasting habits.
As a father of young children, I know how difficult it can be to make time for yourself. Fitness wasn’t always a priority for me either. Becoming a father changed my perspective and inspired me to build a healthier lifestyle that reflected the example I wanted to set.
Today, movement and training are part of my everyday life — not through extremes, but as a way to stay healthy, energised, and present.
My belief is simple: it’s never too late to make meaningful lifestyle changes. You don’t need a fitness background or perfect habits — just a willingness to start.
Over the years I’ve developed a love for:
Running, cycling, and gym/cross training – keeping me strong, clear-headed, and feeling good.
Yoga and meditation – grounding tools that support not just my body, but my mind
Outdoor sports and adventures – because moving outside makes everything feel better
I bring this blend of experience to my clients — whether you want to get stronger, feel more mobile, reduce stress, or just feel good in your body again.
My Approach: Holistic. Practical. Encouraging.
I believe fitness should support your whole life — not take it over.
That means:
Creating realistic training plans you can actually stick to
Listening to your body, and training for longevity, not burnout
Supporting mental health through movement, breathwork, and balance
Offering simple, sustainable advice on diet and lifestyle without extremes
